Portioned tea
All types of Portioned Tea are brewed the same way.
Use 1 portion of tea per 200–250 ml of water.
Warm up your teapot or cup by rinsing it with hot water.
Portioned Tea is not afraid of boiling water, but it’s better to let it cool slightly — about 95°C or higher.
Place one portion of tea into a warm empty teapot or gaiwan and pour in hot water.
After 10–15 seconds, pour out the first infusion (don’t
drink it) — this rinses the tea.
For the second brew, pour hot water again and steep for 30 seconds to 1
minute, then enjoy your tea. The longer you steep, the stronger
and richer the taste.
For the third and following infusions, steep for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
You can rebrew the same portion up to 4–5 times throughout the day.

How to properly brew ●Blue Tea Anchan●?
1 teaspoon (2–4 g) per 250–300 ml. You can brew it with boiling water.
Let it steep for about 2 minutes — then your delicious and very healthy tea is ready to drink.
You can brew the same portion twice during the day.
Lemon or a spoon of honey goes perfectly with this tea.
